Leonor Garcia-Tunon de Murciano was born in Havana, Cuba. In 1960, together with her parents and eight brothers and sisters, exhiled to Spain and in 1968 they moved permanently to Miami, Florida. 

Leonor portrays realism in her oil paintings. She is fundamentally self taught and has perfected her skills throughout the years. Leonor's passion and ability to create was evident since early age. Her work is very versatile, always maintaining and emphasizing in reflection of light and color.
